This raku piece stands approx. 11 inches tall and was
created from 2 slabs of a good robust raku clay. The white crackle glaze
was created by my brother and I and worked beautifully. Sawdust was used
to reduce the exposed raku clay to a nice charcoal black and penetration
into the glaze crackle is excellent!
This raku sculpture piece was inspired and created at
my brother Milton's pottery in La Chaux de Fonds Switzerland during the
summer of 2005. I always feel a great inspiration
when I am working with my brother!
